Turnaround Time
After you place your order, your design goes through our proofing process. This usually takes 24-48 business hours* after checkout for us to provide a embroidery-ready proof. Once you receive it, you can review and approve. If you need changes, it will take us an additional 24-48 business hours to send an updated proof.
Once your final proof is approved, your order moves into production. The standard turnaround time of 7-10 days.

Wonderful Hat with great embroidery. I wish there were more options to do more stitching elsewhere like on sides or back too.

Hats turned out great, I’m very happy with the product, the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it was delayed in shipping when I talked to the office she kept telling me it was shipping out that day, few days later still didn’t ship, turned out they said they damaged the label and didn’t check until the 3rd time I called about it.

Some of the stitch foot markes were present and some overlap of material caused by stitching foot.
