WUE Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Warehouse Uniform & Embroidery (WUE). Below is important information about how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related procedures.
Processing Times

Standard Orders: In-stock items typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom Orders (embroidered or printed): Production time is 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval and payment.

Rush Orders: If you need faster turnaround, please contact us before placing your order. Rush production fees may apply.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through UPS. In some cases, we may use USPS for deliveries to PO Boxes or specific addresses. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days after production is complete.

Expedited Shipping: Options are available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated based on your location and order weight.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories unless pre-arranged.
International Shipping
At this time, WUE does not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly to inquire about special accommodations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.
Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available during limited-time events or for qualifying orders. Any such offer will be clearly advertised on our website.
Delivery Issues
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, WUE is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please do the following:

Contact the carrier using the tracking number provided.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact our team for further support.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges may apply.
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order to avoid delays and extra fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.
You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your customer account on www.wueinc.com.
