How long is your turnaround?

Typically, once your payment is confirmed and proof is approved, your order will be shipped and should reach you within 10-15 business days.

We ship all orders via UPS Ground from our facility in Miami, FL. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, once your order is ready, you will be notified via email. You can conveniently pick up your order at our Miami, FL location during business hours.

Can I review a proof before my order goes to print?

Yes! Once you've completed checkout, your order will move into the proofing stage. Our design team will create final, print-ready proofs for your review via email. Printing begins only after your approval is confirmed.

Can you assist with my design?

Yes, we can assist by making adjustments to your design, such as adding a phone number, social media handles, and other details. However, we do not offer services for creating logos from scratch.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For items from our standard catalog, we require a minimum order of 12 pieces per design, per garment style. Package Deal products have their own specific minimums.

Due to the intricate setup process of screen printing, we do not offer printed samples. However, you can place a minimum order of 12 pieces if you'd like to assess our print quality before committing to a larger order.

Turnaround Time

After you place your order, your design will first enter our proofing process. Typically we will need 24-48 business hours* after you checkout to provide you with a print-ready proof. From there, you can review and approve. If you request any changes, we will need 24-48 business hours to send you an updated proof. Upon final approval, your order moves into the production stage.

Then, the current 1 week standard turnaround time starts 1 business day after you approve your final proof for production.

Please note shipping on order over $400 is free for our standard turnaround (included in your order total), but does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
