Turnaround Time

  In most cases*, you can expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days after placing your order (with payment) and approving your proof.

 Once your order is placed, your design enters our proofing process, which begins on the cart page before checkout.

 With our free proofing service, it usually takes 24-72 business hours after checkout for us to provide you with an embroidery-ready proof. At that point, you can either approve the proof or request changes. If changes are needed, we’ll take an additional 24-48 business hours to send you an updated version.

  The 10-15 business day production window starts once your final proof is approved.

UPS can deliver most in-stock items within 3-5 business days or you can convinienltly pick-up your order in the our location.

 You can return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving.
 Monogrammed items and Made to Order garments are not eligible for returns.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed after your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
