Digitizing is normally a $60 setup fee, charged once per logo. We do not charge it. Not as an intro offer, not only on big orders. Ever.
Your artwork has to be turned into a stitch file before a machine can sew it. Every stitch is mapped by hand: the direction, the density, the thread colors. It is the difference between a logo that looks sharp and one that looks fuzzy.
