Great experience from start to finish! The customer service was excellent, and the quality of both the work and the shirts exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this vendor. Jessica was exceptional with her communication, responsiveness, and customer service. On top of that, the pricing is very competitive. I will definitely be using them again!

I love the hats. Good quality and clean work. Unfortunately I got shorted 6 charcoal hats like the one in picture and no one is responding. That changes your 5 star rating to a 2.5 star rating until corrected.
★★★★★ Flawless work for our company We received our custom cap order for DMB Insurance Group and couldn't be more satisfied. The embroidery quality is far superior to other vendors we’ve used in the past. It has a clean, professional finish that our team will wear with pride. Thank you for the outstanding quality and service!
Good quality embroidery very happy with that. Wish the graphic was made larger but that’s on me. It’s hard to tell from a mock up image. Love the product however.
Good customer service for me.
Very happy with my purchase
Great looking hats with exceptional service. We are currently working on our next joint project.
Wonderful Hat with great embroidery. I wish there were more options to do more stitching elsewhere like on sides or back too.
We debuted our hats at a local golf tournament. They were a hit!

Great 👍
My second order of hats and they’re perfect. Everyone who sees our hat loves them.
Best hats I’ve ever worn.
Love my Richardson 112 hats.
shirts turned out great!
Hats turned out great, I’m very happy with the product, the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it was delayed in shipping when I talked to the office she kept telling me it was shipping out that day, few days later still didn’t ship, turned out they said they damaged the label and didn’t check until the 3rd time I called about it.
Awesome quality. Great fit. Love the hats. Will order more for sure
It’s nice to have the quality of embroidery for the logo on the hats.
These hats far exceeded our expectations. I am ordering a dozen more of the same hat, we like them.
