Digitizing is normally a $60 setup fee, charged once per logo. We do not charge it. Not as an intro offer, not only on big orders. Ever.
Your artwork has to be turned into a stitch file before a machine can sew it. Every stitch is mapped by hand: the direction, the density, the thread colors. It is the difference between a logo that looks sharp and one that looks fuzzy.

Is digitizing really free?
Yes. Digitizing is free on every order ($60 value). We turn your logo into an embroidery file before production.
Do I see my cap before you make it?
Yes. We email you a free mockup of your logo on your cap. Free changes until it's right, and nothing gets stitched until you approve it.
What is the minimum order?
12 caps for embroidery, with at least 6 per color. You can mix colors and keep the same pricing. PVC and fabric patches have a 24 cap minimum.
How long does it take?
Embroidery ships 7 to 10 business days after you approve your mockup. PVC and fabric patches ship about 6 weeks after you approve. Add transit time for delivery.
Do you ship outside Miami?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States from our Miami warehouse, and shipping is free on orders over $400. You can also pick up your order in Miami.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you the UPS tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
